Prof. Dr. Jon Genuneit
I am a systemic coach with longstanding experience in the contexts of medicine and science. I have led multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, have worked in international cooperation, and have guided young scientists to success. My focus is on respectful collaboration and appreciating talent management. This attitude was the basis for expanding my competences as a certified systemic coach.
As a medical doctor, I wish to help sick individuals. As an epidemiologist, I strive to improve the health of whole populations. As your systemic coach, I stand for your successful development in business or life.
I provide systemic coaching also in English.
How does a coaching take place?
Most coachings last over 3 to 6 sessions with a few weeks in between them. The first session typically takes 90 minutes, follow-up sessions 60 minutes. Deviations from these standards are of course possible.
We meet in person in my facilities in Leipzig or Markranstädt, in your offices, or online in a video conference. I accept longer travel in case you are not in the area.
You can terminate or extend the coaching at any time. Costs incur only for the sessions you have actually had or cancelled on short notice. Please contact me for a tailored offer without obligation.
